I’m Barbara Zuleger, founder of Performance Partners LLC, business coach, and master empowerment coach. For more than 15 years, I’ve helped business owners grow with more clarity, confidence, and purpose through strategic planning, leadership development, and team building.

For many years, I primarily worked with businesses generating $1M+ in revenue, helping them create stronger systems, clearer direction, and sustainable growth. Through my new program, Flirting with 6-Figures, I’m excited to bring those same proven strategies and coaching tools to smaller businesses that are ready to grow in a more intentional and consistent way.

I’m also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and creator of the Unlock the Power of Daily Success© (UPDS) system—a practical framework that helps bridge the gap between big goals and everyday action.
